Job Summary
Tour prospective residents and guide them through the sales process while maximizing revenue through increased closing ratios and exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations. Manage the customer experience by developing meaningful relationships through resident events, marketing campaigns, and community service. Rotate and float between properties in the DMV Metro, providing signature service to residents, associates, vendors, and investors. This role is ideal for creative personalities thriving in fast-paced variable environments. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $22.24 to $24.25 plus bonuses, supported by health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits.
