Job Summary
Execute leasing and renewal strategies to achieve targeted revenue, occupancy, and resident retention goals by engaging prospective residents via lead management software, email, and phone calls. Tour and lease apartment homes, guiding new residents through the application, tax credit, and move-in process while ensuring compliance with lease agreements and resident management software updates. Inspect units for show quality and maintenance needs, maintain resident files, and assist with front desk duties including answering phones and scheduling appointments. Respond to resident concerns, support community programming, and stay informed on market conditions to drive sales results. Work Tuesday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in Everett and Lynnwood.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, or hospitality experience
- Previous multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Proficient using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school education or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to speak, read and write English in a manner sufficient to carry out duties
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required
- Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines
- Tuesday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
