Job Summary
Leasing and Marketing Consultant role in the Atlanta area for Aspen Square Management. You’ll serve as the face of the community, deliver exceptional customer service to prospective residents, develop creative marketing strategies (including social media campaigns and resident events), work toward leasing and occupancy goals, and support current residents with professional service. The role includes answering phones, handling emails, organizing paperwork, qualifying residents, and maintaining an organized workspace, with a comprehensive training program and a compensation package that includes competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, serving/bartending, etc.)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong sales skills and ability to close deals
- Bubbly, outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and solve problems
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work
- Availability to work 2-3 Saturdays per month
