Job Summary
Direct marketing, sales, and leasing activities for the community, including directing advertising strategies, setting rent pricing, and monitoring day-to-day sales performance. Generate and monitor traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in procedures while inspecting units for marketability and creating mini-models. Supervise the leasing team by interviewing, hiring, orienting, and training employees, and manage their performance. Oversee the lease renewal program, sponsor resident functions, and respond promptly to resident and client concerns. Make presentations about marketing and leasing strategies to clients, owners, and business managers. Requires valid driver's license, ability to travel between Wilmington sites, and flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license to drive a golf cart on property
- Must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas
- Must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet)
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance
- Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking 'call' during evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions
