Floating Leasing Manager

Job Summary
Conduct prospective resident interviews, verify applications and lease documents, and input data into computer systems. Accompany prospects to model apartments to discuss room layouts, available facilities, and lease terms. Complete lease agreements, collect deposits and fees, and introduce residents to property procedures while maintaining high-quality resident relations. This role requires working weekends and involves floating between communities in Orange County and the Inland Empire, with the Monterey community as the home property. Salary is $27.00-$28.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of multifamily leasing experience
- 1+ years of Leasing Manager or leadership experience preferred
- Real estate license preferred, not required
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Must be an effective listener and communicator
- ability to work well on a team
- Ability to work weekends a must
