Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for greeting prospects, conducting property tours, managing the full leasing process from application to move-in, and supporting resident relations. Responsibilities include providing accurate pricing/availability, maintaining resident files, and supporting retention and renewal efforts; plus marketing and visibility duties such as promoting the property, monitoring digital performance, and preparing market surveys. Requires strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, familiarity with Fair Housing and leasing policies, basic computer proficiency, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; weekend availability and a customer-service orientation are expected.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Some college preferred
- One or more years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies
- Basic computer proficiency; comfort with digital tools
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends
