Job Summary
Interview prospective residents, record their information, and verify applications and lease documents. Accompany prospects to model apartments to discuss room layouts, available facilities, lease terms, and local amenities. Complete lease agreements, collect deposits and fees, and introduce new residents to property procedures. Maintain accurate records and foster positive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience. Must be able to work one weekend day. Salary is $24.00-$26.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Must be an effective listener and communicator
- ability to work well on a team
- Ability to work weekends
