Job Summary
Interview prospective residents, record their needs and qualifications, and input data into the computer. Accompany prospects to model apartments to discuss room layouts, facilities, and lease terms. Qualify applicants by verifying applications and lease documents, then complete lease agreements and collect deposits and fees. Introduce new residents to property procedures while maintaining proactive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience. This role requires working Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Must be an effective listener and communicator
- ability to work well on a team
- Ability to work weekends
- successful background screen
- drug test
