Job Summary
Conduct resident interviews, record needs, and qualify prospective tenants for Strata at Mission Bay. Accompany prospects to model apartments to discuss layout, facilities, and lease terms. Complete lease agreements, collect deposits and fees, and introduce new residents to property procedures. Maintain accurate records and promote positive resident relations to ensure a high-quality living experience. Must work weekends and possess strong sales and customer service skills. Full-time role with competitive hourly pay, bonuses, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated sales and customer service experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Must be an effective listener and communicator
- ability to work well on a team
- Ability to work weekends
