Job Summary
Effectively lease apartments and sell property products while adhering to budget guidelines and Fair Housing Standards. Monitor leasing traffic trends, conduct outside marketing activities, and perform credit and income verifications for applications. Complete lease documentation, including addendums, and ensure apartment conditions before move-in through final inspections. Coordinate renewal processes and provide ongoing customer service to residents across multiple properties within the designated region. Maintain thorough product knowledge of properties and major competitors while ensuring punctual attendance.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in business, sales, or related field
- 1+ years of experience in multi-family leasing
- 1+ years of experience in B2B selling
- Strong marketing and creativity skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to use computer
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager, or other similar programs
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on a team
- Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions
- Physical requirements of the job: Walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs
- Ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials
- Must be comfortable with heights
- Ability to move heavy objects
- Regular attendance
