Job Summary
Leasing Consultant role at Arlington Properties focused on Leasing & Resident Relations: greeting prospects, conducting property tours, managing the full leasing process from application to move-in, providing pricing/availability/policy information, maintaining resident files, supporting retention and renewal efforts, and driving occupancy goals. Additionally responsible for Marketing & Visibility tasks (outreach, digital performance insights, market surveys, leasing trends) and Operations & Support (processing deposits, coordinating with maintenance, ensuring show-readiness, and facilitating vendor/contractor access). Requires strong communication, organizational and time-management skills, familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing policies, basic computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, and flexible weekend availability.
