Floating Leasing Consultant - Albuquerque & Santa Fe NM

The Floating Leasing Consultant serves as the face of the property, greeting visitors and prospect residents, explaining apartment options, and closing leases. Responsibilities include showing and leasing apartment homes, providing exemplary customer service to current and prospective residents, preparing lease paperwork, entering information into the internal database, utilizing sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, planning and participating in resident events, and visiting local businesses to promote the property. Minimum 1 year of experience as an apartment Leasing Consultant required. Full-time schedule with rotating weekday hours, Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM, Saturdays required, and occasional after-hours events; mileage reimbursed.
