Floating Leasing and Occupancy Specialist II (Fairlawn Estates of the T)

Leasing and Occupancy Specialist II at Fairlawn Estates at the T in Mattapan, MA. Responsible for all day-to-day leasing and marketing activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, re-certifications, and lease renewals. Deliver outstanding service to residents and clients while maintaining occupancy at the highest attainable rents. Tasks include generating traffic, tours, qualifying prospects, maintaining databases, and ensuring show units meet company standards. Bilingual in Spanish and/or Haitian Creole is preferred. Requires SHCM certification, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi or RealPage). Salary range is $24.00-$26.00 per hour with potential leasing commissions; typical schedule includes Mondays–Thursdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and some Saturdays. This role emphasizes relationship-building with residents, local businesses, housing offices, and real estate brokers to sustain occupancy and manage waitlists across unit types.
