Job Summary
Conduct property tours, process lease applications, and execute lease agreements between Waterbrook and Camburry Hills apartments. Address tenant inquiries, oversee move-in and move-out processes, and manage lease renewals while maintaining accurate records and ensuring regulatory compliance. Track leads to ensure high closing ratios and provide regular reports on leasing activity and occupancy rates. Travel between the two properties as needed to float and maintain front office cleanliness. Work with CRMIQ software, conduct move-in orientations, and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in property management
- Administrative experience
- Leasing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
- Excellent time management skills; detail-oriented and thorough
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self‐starter comfortable working in an environment with evolving roles and responsibilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must be able to travel between 2 properties- Waterbrook and Camburry Hills- as needed
