Job Summary
Manage store operations in the absence of a permanent General Manager, partnering with leadership to oversee accounting, marketing, customer service, human resources, and food service. Direct the store team through daily training, policy enforcement, and issue resolution while ensuring adequate inventory, merchandising, and equipment maintenance. Oversee food quality and P&L performance to drive store improvement. Requires 1+ years of retail management experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. Travel to various FiveStar locations as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of retail management experience or equivalent educational background
- A valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Team player, customer focused, honest, hardworking, and excellent attendance
- Basic Computer Skills
- Ability to work on different shifts (a.m., p.m., overnight), weekends, and holidays
- Ability to travel to various FiveStar locations as assigned (typically day travel only)
- Ability to work in varying seasonal weather conditions
