Job Summary
Oversee store operations in the absence of a permanent General Manager, managing accounting, marketing, customer service, human resources, and food service duties. Direct the store team on daily tasks, ensure timely training, and address issues to achieve long-term problem resolution. Evaluate displays, pricing, and inventory levels while maintaining equipment condition and safety guidelines. Review P&L statements to improve store performance and implement changes. Requires high school diploma, one year of retail management experience, a valid driver's license, and ability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays. Travel to various locations as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of retail management experience or equivalent educational background
