Job Summary
Perform installation, servicing, and preventive maintenance of company instrumentation while coordinating problem resolution within the Field Support Group. Establish and maintain positive customer relations to ensure satisfaction, providing basic on-site training regarding the operation of company instrumentation. Maintain car inventory, including tools, trunk stock (parts), and other necessary equipment. Requires a Certificate or Associates Degree in Electronics, minimum 3 years of field service experience, and ability to travel extensively overnight. Fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Required Qualifications
- A Certificate or Associates Degree (AAS) in Electronics or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer
- Strong experience with electronics & electro-mechanical troubleshooting
- Ability to travel extensively overnight
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19

- Experience servicing medical lab analyzers or other medical instrumentation
