Job Summary
FLOATING DIRECTOR OF NURSING: Assist QA Nurse Consultants with improvement initiatives, oversee Nursing Services, visits patients, communicates with staff, assigns and supervises personnel, prepares schedules, maintains nursing records, ensures compliance with regulations, participates in interviews, and acts as Director of Nursing in assigned facilities as needed. Requires RN license (NC), ability to supervise nursing staff, travel willingness, and strong clinical leadership in geriatric nursing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a registered nurse
- Must have a current, valid license from the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- Must be willing to travel to assigned locations, which may include overnight stays
- Must be a high school graduate
