Floating Deli Trainer

Train new kitchen managers and fill in for low-staffed kitchens while following all Bluesky processes including planograms, build-to-sheets, recipes, and schedules. Cover kitchen manager vacations and work with deli managers in stores, providing ongoing store refresher training when stores are staffed. Report issues to the food supervisor rather than holding anyone accountable. Work up to and no more than 40 hours per week on a five-day schedule, with weekends included. Report to the food director with questions or comments as needed.
