Floating Deli Trainer

Train new kitchen managers and cover kitchen manager vacations by filling in for low-staffed kitchens. Follow all Bluesky processes including planograms, build-to-sheets, recipes, and schedules. Work with deli managers in stores to support store refresher training on an ongoing basis. Report issues to the food supervisor rather than holding anyone accountable. This role involves working weekends and up to 40 hours per week under the supervision of a food supervisor and food director.
