Job Summary
In this role as a Floating Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service primarily over the phone, maintaining office cash with accuracy, achieving account gains through effective solicitation, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies. A friendly telephone presence and strong communication skills are essential. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver’s license with an acceptable record, and have reliable transportation. Prior collections or sales experience is preferred. This full-time position requires working varied hours including evenings and Saturdays.
Required Qualifications

- Collections experience (direct first party collections/skip tracing) preferred

Additional Requirements
- Ability to work Monday-Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays
- Ability to travel to branches within the territory
