Job Summary
The Floating Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service primarily over the phone, requiring a friendly presence and effective communication skills. Duties include maintaining accurate office cash, completing loan applications promptly, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies. Candidates should have great customer service skills, a stable work history, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Collections and sales experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Great customer service skills
- 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Stable work history
- Ability to be working on the phone for the majority of the day
- Ability to work Monday-Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays
- Ability to travel to branches within the territory
Desired Qualifications
- Collections experience (direct first party collections/skip tracing) preferred
- Sales experience, preferred
