Job Summary
Answer resident and guest inquiries, provide directions, and connect callers with appropriate team members. Log, distribute, and audit incoming mail and packages to ensure an organized delivery experience. Resolve resident concerns, respond to emergencies, and coordinate maintenance service requests while following emergency protocols. Plan and host community events to strengthen neighbor connections. Partner with leasing, maintenance, and office teams to support daily operations. This role offers exposure to multiple Dweck communities in the Arlington portfolio with a designated home-base property for training and support.
Required Qualifications
- Attendance at our monthly New Hire Orientation
- Experience in a customer service role like in hospitality, retail, or property management
