Floating Concierge

Job Summary
Floating Concierge at Dweck communities in the DC Metro region. You’ll greet guests and residents, handle resident requests, log packages, sometimes drop off to doors, plan resident social events, coordinate maintenance requests, assist the office team, and be the go-to person in the building. You’ll work at different properties, learn the portfolio, and set your own schedule by picking up day, evening, or overnight shifts (minimum three shifts a month). The role involves customer service across hospitality/property-management contexts, handling emergencies or concerns, coordinating with the maintenance team, inspecting packages, and supporting event planning to foster a sense of community. Previous experience in customer service is preferred; ability to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs is required; compensation includes commissions and a 401k.
