Floating Community Manager - Seattle

Serve as acting Community Manager across multiple HUD and multifamily properties on a temporary or rotating basis, overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth transitions between permanent staff. Enforce lease agreements, community rules, and company policies consistently while monitoring vendors to maintain quality work and budget compliance. Collect rents, manage delinquencies, and process deposits; review property budgets, control expenses, and report financial variances to the Regional Manager. Support occupancy goals through leasing activities, resident retention, and marketing initiatives, while fostering a professional environment for residents by addressing concerns promptly and supporting community events. Provide positive guidance and training to on-site staff, promote teamwork, and uphold company culture across all properties. Maintain full compliance with HUD regulations, Fair Housing, and other governing agencies, ensuring files are audit-ready and assisting with inspections as needed.
