Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned apartment community, leading the onsite team to meet budgeted financial and operating goals while complying with housing laws. Develop property budgets, analyze financials, monitor rent collection, approve vendor invoices, and ensure accurate accounting. Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, and maintenance coordination; implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets; resolve resident issues promptly to promote satisfaction and retention. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of staff, and maintain strong owner/client relationships through regular updates and property performance reporting. Ensure property standards for safety, cleanliness, and appeal; familiarity with property management software (e.g., Entrata, Yardi, OneSite) and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative team member
