Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned apartment communities, including leading the onsite team, coordinating budgets and financial reporting, ensuring lease enforcement and compliance with laws, and driving occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities include team coaching and onboarding, analyzing financial statements and market data, reviewing vendor invoices, approving payments, managing leasing and renewal activity, monitoring resident satisfaction, coordinating online presence and marketing efforts, conducting regular property inspections, and ensuring property standards for safety and appearance. Requires a bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 4–6 years of property-management-related experience, strong communications, leadership, and customer service skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field
- 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience
