Job Summary
Travel to assigned community banking offices across Carroll and Franklin Counties to provide front-line support and seamless customer service. Assess financial needs, open deposit accounts, and process consumer credit and loan applications with precision. Build long-term relationships through needs-based selling, identify cross-selling opportunities, and refer clients to Wealth Management or Mortgage Lending. Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements while resolving inquiries promptly. Serve as a mentor to other specialists and Associates. This role includes a travel stipend and pays $20-23/hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years in banking or a related position
- Proven success in meeting sales goals
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Multitasking

- Interpersonal communication
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with the Westminster and Frederick areas
