Floating Caregiver / Field Supervisor (Full-Time)

Full-time Floating Caregiver / Field Supervisor providing in-home senior care across McHenry County while supervising field staff and supporting outreach activities. Responsibilities include delivering in-home personal and routine care, assisting clients with dementia/Alzheimer's and other complex needs, working in diverse home environments (including hoarder situations), traveling across McHenry County for client coverage, conducting field visits to ensure quality of care and client satisfaction, guiding caregivers in the field, maintaining accurate visit documentation, and supporting community marketing events and senior outreach during downtime.
