In this role as a Floating Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service primarily over the phone, ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include maintaining office cash accurately, completing loan applications promptly, and achieving account gain through effective customer solicitation. Candidates must have great customer service skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English.

Required Qualifications

  • Great customer service skills
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Stable work history
  • Ability to be working on the phone for the majority of the day
  • Ability to work Monday-Friday until 8 PM and Saturdays
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently
  • Ability to travel to branches within the territory

Desired Qualifications

  • Collections experience (direct first party collections/skip tracing)
  • Sales experience
