Job Summary
Process client transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering an exceptional client experience. Support clients in achieving financial goals by referring Bank products and services, meeting minimum referral expectations through in-person and phone conversations. Provide backup teller or personal banker coverage across multiple branches, requiring up to 50% daily travel to various locations within your assigned geographic region. Perform high-quality work within expected deadlines with or without direct supervision, maintaining strong personal reliability and punctuality. Follow all policies, procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements while contributing positively as a collaborative team member.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of teller experience
- sales experience with established goals
- equivalent combination of education and experience

- Up to 50% daily travel between branches within a defined geographic region
