Job Summary
Process client transactions accurately, deliver an exceptional client experience, and refer Bank products to help clients achieve financial goals. Provide backup teller or personal banker coverage across multiple branches, performing high-quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision. Sell Bank products through in-person and phone conversations, meeting minimum referral expectations while opening new accounts using the Banner Way sales process. Maintain strong reliability, punctuality, and adherence to all security protocols and regulatory requirements. Travel up to 50% daily between branches within your assigned geographic region.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of teller experience, including sales experience with established goals
- equivalent combination of education and experience
