Job Summary
Supervise a retail store by directing employees in sales, inventory, and customer service while maintaining an organized and efficient environment. Open and close the store, manage daily cash receipts, process payroll, and complete sales reports. Build and train a motivated sales staff, evaluate performance, and handle customer complaints regarding merchandise or policy. Merchandise stock to create an appealing selling environment, push and pull inventory, and ensure compliance with all store policies. Provide training and support to program participants while working with a diverse group of staff and customers.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years of retail sales experience
- minimum two years supervisory experience
- strong leadership skills
