Job Summary
Support Regional Property Manager with day-to-day operations of an assigned property in the Denver region; supervise staff and assist in managing staff resources to ensure property goals are met; meet and greet prospects, visitors, and residents and provide customer support; explain lease agreements and policies; maintain accurate property information (pricing, availability, floor plans, amenities); motivate staff to deliver superior customer service; assist in developing leasing programs and track program success; conduct or attend meetings; inspect property grounds and common areas and recommend improvements; interview prospective residents and qualify tenancy; maintain ongoing contact with prospects until lease execution; manage supplies, documentation, and property management software; process deposits and rents, perform daily deposits, and record delinquent rents; ensure compliance with state laws; support marketing efforts and lease renewals; monitor sales ratios and training needs; coordinate travel within region; maintain confidentiality of sensitive information; ensure Fair Housing compliance and landlord-tenant law understanding; participate in reporting and on-site operations; on-site, on-site/off-office responsibilities; travel within the region and ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Multi-family leasing experience required
- One to two years of residential or commercial property management experience required
- Two to three years of customer service experience required
- Sales experience desirable
- Real Estate Broker/Salesperson license may be required
