Job Summary
Coordinate compliance with Affordable Housing programs and local/state regulations; review and prepare compliance reports for HUD, TCAC, and PHAs; conduct property file audits; monitor income limits, occupancy, and utility allowances; assist with income and asset verifications, rent calculations, and household certifications; disseminate regulatory information to the Community Manager; travel throughout the Peninsula to ensure property-wide adherence to program requirements; requires 1-2 years of related experience and experience with Affordable Housing Compliance and BMR file processing; proficient with Microsoft Office; leasing or affordable housing re-leasing experience is preferred.
