Job Summary
Provide financial solutions and quality service to existing and potential customers by analyzing needs, interviewing applicants, and resolving questions regarding applications. Explain available products, assist in selection, and cross-sell services while maintaining superior customer service and relationship building techniques. Process teller transactions, open accounts, take loan applications, answer telephone calls, and assist with debit card disputes. Perform operations including safe deposit box management, wire transfers, and currency transaction reporting while ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Maintain compliance with banking regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Customer Identification Program, and adhere to bank policies regarding confidentiality and ethics.
