Job Summary
As Floater, support lead and assistant teachers across classrooms by helping implement our proprietary curriculum and engaging learning activities. Assist in creating a fun, nurturing, and structured environment where children can learn, play, and grow using TLE’s engaging characters and materials. Maintain classroom cleanliness and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. Collaborate with teaching staff to provide consistent care and support throughout the center. Communicate positively with parents and families by sharing children’s daily activities, milestones, and achievements through mobile apps and in-person interactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred)
