Job Summary
Office Assistant Floater at The Learning Experience focused on customer engagement, local marketing, lead nurturing, tour coordination, billing communications, and budget planning. Responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns within the center, building relationships with community and business leaders, leveraging social media for parent engagement, nurturing leads through tours to secure enrollment, leading tours, understanding childcare offerings, maintaining lead/customer databases, coordinating registrations, communicating with families (billing, newsletters), and managing the center's budget.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in retail/store management - cross-industry experience is welcome
- Demonstrated leadership ability with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
