Job Summary
Process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, and money orders while providing excellent customer service in the lobby and drive-thru. Answer questions, offer account support, and refer members to loans, credit cards, and other services. Help resolve problems or escalate issues as needed. Balance cash drawers and verify totals at the end of each day, ensuring security procedures are followed. Assist with online banking, mobile apps, and card issues. Work 25 hours weekly between 8:45am and 5:15pm Monday through Friday, and 8:45am to 12:15pm on Saturdays.
