Job Summary
Floater Teacher needed at The Learning Experience in Columbia. Full-Time role, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, serving children from 6 weeks to 5 years across infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. You’ll provide classroom support, implement engaging age-appropriate activities, support development across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains, maintain safe and welcoming environments, assist with daily routines (feeding/diapering/times), build positive relationships with children, families, and teammates, follow center policies and state licensing requirements, and step into different classrooms as needed to ensure quality care and appropriate staffing. Ideal candidates have experience with young children, comfort across age groups, strong communication and collaboration, dependable attendance, and willingness to obtain required certifications. Required Qualifications
- Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) the free 15-hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification before orientation
- Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) First Aid/CPR certification
