Job Summary
Floating Daycare Teacher delivers the L.E.A.P. curriculum across infants to preschool classrooms, stepping into different age groups as needed. Responsibilities include implementing curriculum, building warm relationships with children and families, maintaining routine and safety, assisting with meals and transitions, and communicating updates with lead teachers. Must work across multiple classrooms in a center, thrive in a team environment, and demonstrate flexibility and a positive, growth-oriented attitude. Schedule is full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Brownsburg center; starting pay $15–$17/hour based on experience.
