Job Summary
Full-Time Floater Teacher to support infant–preschool classrooms across our Columbia center. You will provide classroom support across infant, toddler, and preschool programs, assist with engaging learning activities, support children's development, maintain safe and welcoming environments, help with daily routines (feeding, diapering, toileting, meals, rest, transitions), build positive relationships with children and families, follow center policies and state licensing requirements, and step into different classrooms as needed to maintain staffing and quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) the free 15-hour South Carolina Health & Safety Certification before orientation
- Must obtain (or be willing to obtain) First Aid/CPR certification
- Experience working with young children is preferred
- Flexibility to support multiple classrooms and age groups throughout the day
