Job Summary
Floater at Our Kids Child Development Center in Greenville, SC. Support teachers in daily classroom activities and maintain a safe, engaging environment; assist in implementing educational programs tailored to children's developmental needs; supervise children during playtime, meals, and transitions to ensure safety and well-being; provide individualized attention to foster social and emotional growth; help maintain cleanliness and organization of classrooms and play areas; communicate with parents and staff regarding children’s progress and needs; adapt to varying classroom settings and age groups; participate in staff meetings and training for professional development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred
- Background check clearance required for all employees
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
