Floater

Floater position with Innovative Network of Knowledge (INK) focused on early childhood education in a Head Start program. Responsibilities include supporting classroom activities as directed by the teacher, assisting with transitions to and from the classroom, communicating child observations to teachers, coordinating with education, family, mental health and program staff, supporting school functions and team decisions, maintaining confidentiality, and performing other duties as assigned. Required education includes a High School Diploma or GED and a CDA credential (to be obtained within 6 months of employment); bilingual Spanish is preferred. Demonstrated ability to respond sensitively to diverse populations; English and Spanish communication skills preferred; vaccination requirements include COVID and annual influenza vaccinations or approved exemptions. INK is an educational nonprofit providing preschool, degreed teachers, bilingual services, and family supports.
