Job Summary
Process loans, credit card applications, and disburse proceeds while verifying documentation and scheduling closings. Assist members with account openings and closures for investments and IRAs, handling deposits, withdrawals, wires, and loan payments. Complete month-end reporting, conduct SSN verifications for fraud prevention, and perform notary services. Act as a liaison between members and internal departments, cross-selling products aligned with member needs. Register with NMLS and maintain compliance with BSA/OFAC regulations. This role supports branch operations at All In Credit Union, fostering a culture of smiling, passionate, and resilient service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Up to 3 years in a financial or banking environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with BSA/OFAC compliance
- Willingness to register with NMLS
- Notary Public certification
- Completion of annual BSA training
- Commitment to staying informed about relevant laws and regulations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
