Floater

The Floater role at Monarch provides coverage to support people with personal goals and community participation across North Carolina and Rhode Island. Responsibilities include assisting individuals in achieving goals, developing relationships, participating in community activities, advocating for rights, ensuring safety, completing required documentation and records, and supporting day-to-day living tasks. Sleepovers may be required and the position involves driving/travel as needed and coordinating with lead staff to optimize scheduling. A high school diploma is required and valid USA driver’s license is preferred. The role supports flexible scheduling (approx. 40 hours/week) and offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus with staged payments.
