Floater Leader Production

Oversee the production floor to ensure efficient operation and on-time delivery of quality products while supervising plant personnel. Recommend new procedures and sequences to improve output and reduce costs. Ensure necessary manpower, equipment, and components are available to meet customer demand. Review prior shift pass-downs, coordinate daily staff meetings, and compile KPI data for management review. Monitor running status, train supervisors, manage performance reviews, and conduct end-of-shift reports. Coordinate scrap reviews, participate in audits, enforce 5S standards, and assist in recruitment. Perform daily operator efficiency reviews to identify root causes of issues. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
