Job Summary
Inspect restrooms and common areas, disinfect high-touch surfaces, and re-stock supplies to maintain cleanliness. Receive, acknowledge, and complete assigned work orders while responding promptly to management requests. Adjust daily schedules based on client needs or staff call-offs, and proactively address cleaning issues like spills or scuff marks. Remove trash, vacuum carpets in detail, clean stairwells and elevators, and maintain tools and equipment. Cover floors when employees call off and assist team leads on project work such as window washing. Maintain clear communication with account supervisors and ensure all tasks are completed on time.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- Ability to lift items of up to 25 lbs
- Ability to spend up to 100% of the working time standing and walking
- Be able to adapt and work as a team
- Be polite and respectful with clients, guests, and co-workers

- Some experience is preferred
