Job Summary
Floater CNA / Medication Technician needed to support home care clients across multiple Baltimore-area assignments. Responsibilities include providing high-quality personal care per care plans, administering medications per MT policy, assisting with ADLs, mobility, transfers, and hygiene, observing and reporting changes in client condition, maintaining professionalism across assignments, and covering open shifts and short-notice assignments as needed. Requires active CNA and MT certifications, at least 2 years of CNA experience, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and ability to travel between multiple locations. Travel between client sites and flexible scheduling are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Active CNA certification
- Medication Technician (MT) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of CNA experience (home care experience preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required – assignments vary by location)
- Ability to travel between multiple client locations
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Ability to pass background check and all pre-employment screening requirements
