Job Summary
Provide therapeutic behavioral services to clients by consulting with a licensed clinician to assist with individual needs. Develop service plans that coordinate healthcare, behavioral health, and non-healthcare supports while creating treatment plans. Deliver linkage, interventions, treatment options, daily life skill restoration, and crisis prevention services to individuals or groups. Maintain positive relationships with outside contacts and promote cooperative partnerships. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm with a monthly productivity incentive bonus. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the assigned service area are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma plus three or more years of relevant field experience or Bachelor's or Master's level degree in a related field
- Related experience or training with mental or behavioral health conditions
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area
